Anyone can succeed with Nesbitt's insider secrets. Adopt this easy-to-understand, easy-to-read plan and start on your road to success today.
Nesbitt addresses all of the common enemies of writers. My particular favorites were her chapters on procrastination and the chapters on perfection. If you have similar problems check out Nesbittâs "Ten Steps and Twenty Minutes a Day to Meet your Goal" on page 55 and also the chapter beginning on page 171.
The Problem with Perfection
The drive to have your writing to be absolutely perfect can also ruin a writerâs career. Many writers are still working on the same novel or non-fiction book that they started three, five or seven years ago. Writers (like parents) have to know when to send their precious child (brain child?) out into the world all by themselves, to fly or to crash, and Nesbitt tells you how.
Do People Keep Asking You to Do Stuff for Free?
This is a huge pitfall for writers, even non-published writers, and Nesbitt tells how to sidestep this common time-eater. (page 97)
Secrets from a Creativity Coach has a permanent spot near my computer. It sits next to Anne Lamott's Bird by Bird, and in this writer's opinion is just as helpful.
